Discover Fitchburg – A City For All Seasons Banner Program began on April 6th with the official unveiling of Simonds International’s Banner in celebration of their 175th Anniversary.
From Moran Square to upper Main Street, down Boulder Drive and over the Water Street Bridge, the beautiful concord purple banners with the golden daffodil woodcut, each displaying the name of one of the fifty-five generous businesses, will be seen by thousands of people traveling through Downtown. To compliment the daffodil design, the Fitchburg Rotary Club donated funds for hundreds of daffodil bulbs and community members planted them throughout Downtown.
Fitchburg is the premier Cultural Center in Northern Worcester County and each banner design tells that story. .gif)
