Applewild Celebrates Red Nose Day 2016
It’s Red Nose Day 2016
Applewild is participating in Red Nose Day, U.S. 2016!
Students, faculty, and staff will receive a red nose on Monday, May 23rd.
Put it on. Smile. Watch others smile, too!
We benefit because we’re smiling. We can’t help it. We also know we’ve done something good. The school’s purchase of a red nose for every student, teacher, and staff member is providing much needed aid to children living in poverty. If you want to do more, you can choose to donate personally by contributing to various money jars located in Crocker, Marshall, and Ansin. We’ll pass it on.
Our Red Nose Day Fundraising is in support of Comic Relief Inc., a 501 © (3) tax-exempt organization. Proceeds will be passed on to charities such as: Boys & Girls Clubs of America; charity: water; Children’s Health Fund; Covenant House; Feeding America; Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance; National Council of La Raza; National Urban League; Oxfam America; Save the Children and The Global Fund.
